I require a stylus on my phone, so my options are limited. I bought this Samsung Note 20 as a replacement for an aging Note 9. There were getting to be some software compatibility issues with the Note 9 and it was time to upgrade. Everything works fine with the Note 20. We use Verizon, so I simply swapped in the sim card, registered the phone with Verizon, transferred my data [use a cable], and we were off to the races with no problems.I'll probably need to upgrade in 3 or 4 years since I don't feel the need to have the 'latest' and we'll see what's available then. So far I'm satisfied, I would buy this again if necessary, and would recommend to a friend.
