Mine came brand new! Thank you! Love the color!Bought this phone for the 2nd time. Was very difficult getting it to work with straight talk. Went thru 3 days of trying to get the internet to work. Tried contacting the seller for help and received poor customer service. Thankfully I got it figured out for myself. They had no care in the world for the issue and that I was a previous customer who left a glowing review before. By all means the phone is nice but customer service needs great improvement.
