At first I thought I had received the wrong phone, however after research it was what I ordered. Looks brand new and in much bigger and faster than my old s9. Have only had it a couple days but so far so good.I love this phoneLast phone with a mcsd card. Love this phone. You need large memory phones, is going to cost you alot more. Money money moneyI needed an upgrade and came across the S20 Ultra 5G, glad I did. It is exactly what I have been looking for. My old phone was starting to get slow and this phone is fast. Fills all my needs that I have.It is a very fast phone and has lived up to expectations. The batteryasts a whole day under heavy gaming and video use.I bought the phone in February... 2 months in, started having charging issues, assumed it was the cheaper cables I had purchased. Finally realized it was the phone 1 day after 3 months expired.. Sorry, it's after your time expired. So my phone wouldn't charge. Then it started working, but then said it would over heat, made all kinds of sounds, NIGHTMARE!Just bought wireless charger.Now.. The mobile antenna doesn't work, and it can't find my mobile network. Just randomly turns off mobile network. Once in a while you can reset it, but then after a few hours it goes away. Been all over trying to figure out how to fix.. but SOL..This is a piece of junk. Plenty of other places to buy phones from. $669, plus tax, and then $150 for Samsung insurance, and then 150 to replace the new one.Yeah, $1,000 in on a second refurbished phone.I was concerned about buying a refurbished phone but after receiving and using for a few weeks I'm really glad I bought this phone.Product: renewed s20 ultra 5gI was surprised to see zero scratches and defects. The phone runs great, no performance lag.
