Had to return due to the camera not working, along with the battery draining too fast.Came as advertised but I do notice a small bright dot on the lower right screen, I guess for a refurbished item I can't complain.I needed a 4G tablet so that I could connect a credit card swipe device when I'm doing business on the road. It works great, I find it easier to use than a phone because I have a larger key pad to work with, it also just looks a bit more professional. It came in good shape and I had it up and running quickly. I'm glad I got a refurbished tablet on amazon rather than buying a new one. I saved a bunch of money and I think it's great.Exceptional tablet. It is refurbished but it was in pristine condition. Absolutely no blemishes or signs of previous use...zero, nada, zip. It came out of the box looking and working like a new tablet. I love the tablet; without a doubt my favorite of many. I really, really recommend this tablet without reservation. I'm not paid to say this; I didn't get a reduced price to say this, I didn't get anything to say this. It's just a great table!Overall it is a decent tablet but still very slow compared to my phone. The cellular reception leaves something to be desired as it frequently can't find the network even though my phone may have a couple of bars.To be clear..this review is not based on the performance or appearance of this refurbished unit. For all intents the tablet and appearance appear to be just fine and in acceptable condition.I am disappointed that the unit does not come with a sim card which means I need to go out and separately obtain one. I specifically purchased this unit for data capabilities..now I have to find time to go to a Verizon store and get the card separately.Very disappointed in this product. It was in excellent condition when I received it but when I plugged it in to charge it and set it up I could not do this because I did not have the original power cord that came with this refurbished product. Will hesitate before ordering any refurbished againRelatively few issues, quite good product for the price and being refurbished.
