Ordered 2 of these, refurbished. One works well, the other crashed during OS update and bricked the unit. Suspect memory issue, returned for replacement. The Samsung SmartSwitch app made copying the old phone to the S10 a breeze.Really annoying that the notification sounds are completely different from the S7 model; Samsung hides the sound library so you need a special app to copy the sounds over. Lots of bells & whistles, especially in the camera app. Generally a big learning curve getting used to the different OS and app settings, but I think thats true of any phone upgrade.
