**UPDATE - I CONTACTED AMAZON ABOUT THIS ISSUE - THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE A REFUND OR EVEN TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE FACT I WAS SENT A PREVIOUSLY RETURNED ITEM THAT WAS DAMAGED - USUALLY AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOD BUT THIS WAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE**I bought this for a birthday present and when I took this out of the box, it looked like what was juice stains on it and animal hair. I cleaned it off, put it together and noticed one of the stickers was already on it. I then out batteries in it and half of the bottoms on the register didn't work. I changed batteries out of a new pack and still no changes.The fridge door is bent inwards making closing it very difficult.This was obviously a previously returned item which the fact they would send it back out is baffling to me.Then to top it off, I noticed it was on sale.It is also a very small toy. This is not a good toy for any children over 2.It does come with a lot of pieces which is nice. I jusy wish they did not send this out to anyone!!My daughter loves it. It is easily her favourite toy. She plays in it every day and chooses this food truck over the iPad. Unfortunately she insists I play with her too. I have to sit behind her while she "drives", I have to continuously order a taco, burger, pizza, etc... I don't have that kind of time/flexibility/energy. If you have all the characteristics I mentioned this is a great toy for your kid but I'm taking a star away because my hip flexion hasn't been the same since.Arrived with a busted box. Scuffs all over the entire truck. The screws were extremely hard to tighten it was close to stripping most of them. The number “4” was not working it was stuck pushed in since I turned it on!Took me about an hour to put it together. I don’t really want to do it again so we will keep it with the “4” broken I guess. I wouldn’t buy something like this off of amazon again due to the frustration of returning instead of going into a big box store easily. It was on sale when we purchased it so it was worth the money but I wouldn’t recommend it at full price considering the scuffs and the broken number.Where to start. So many things we love about this food truck.First, my sons imaginative play skills skyrocketed after receiving this. He feeds all his little stuffed animals and brings me snacks. He says "thank you" constantly now (the food truck encourages good manners).Second, it is soooo sturdy. He weighs about 40 pounds and if he sneaks up and stands on the grill, it wont tip over because theres a support bar on the bottom of it. Very safe, very durable.All the buttons work just fine! The other reviewers may have gotten food or dirt stuck in theirs themselves I'm guessing.It's perfect and just what I expected from watching the video. Very very well made and gets played with every day in new ways! My child also plays with this independently no problem.This is a super easy alternative to a full play kitchen. It's open on three sides so it allows multiple kids to play at the same time. My toddler likes to pretend play with her animal friends. It also features the cash register with number keypad, helps my child learn numbers! I like how it has the menu and open/closed sign.Great product! Bought for my 1 yr olds bday. She loves it. Lots of little food pieces get thrown around my living room but that is expected. You can store all the food items in the fridge/recycle bin for clean up. It would be cute if the cash register popped open too but other than that nice and interactive. My 5 yr old even likes to play pretend food truck with her sister. Super cute.Also a little smaller than expected but it fits nice in the play room.Update: it’s been an entire year later and my daughter still plays with it everyday, multiple times a day! The best toy she has ever had!Bought it for my 19 month old daughter as a Christmas gift. Of course I gave it to her a month early because I was too excited. She’s super obsessed with the smoothies more than anything else. Super cute gift! Very sturdy and recommend it to everyone :)Two buttons on the cash register is broken already (bought in December) and I was pretty underwhelmed with the functions, it would’ve been a lot nicer if the steering wheel had a horn and if the dials on the grill were movable. It was pretty upsetting for such a pricy product and a lot smaller then I thought it would be but my 18 month daughter does enjoy pressing the numbers on the cash register that do still work so I guess that’s why it gets any stars, although still upsetting.
