I have used Otterbox phone covers for ten years. The cases are very sturdy and durable. I lose my grip on my phone at times and drop it. The cover does an excellent job of protecting the phone. The customer service is excellent as well.Good solid case, a bit wider than most but the added protection is worth it. I think if your going to purchase an expensive phone you should definitely have a good reliable case to protect it so I’d definitely recommend this to anyone. ???No problem with itWe got this for my boyfriend phone. He works construction and is always breaking screen's. This case feels very nice and sturdy. If you drop your phone it definitely feels like it will protect your phone from damage. However, if you plan on attaching this to your pants, pocket, belt, whatever, be careful! The piece that covers the front of the phone pops off constantly without a lot of pressure. Numerous times it has fallen off just from the brush if an arm hitting it. If you want this to specifically protect your screen, I'd go with something else. If you just want a thick case, this should do you fine.Bought this case and it ended up cracking (due to faults of my own), seller replaced it the next day. Good and smooth but grippy. I replaced my old otterbox see through flimsy case which was the same price as this case ( I only bought that one because that's all tmobile had at the time because the phone was new... and my phone broke anyway with the other case) which is totally unrelated to this transaction but thats why i upgraded to the defender case because this phone is too expensive to take that kind of risk!
