I'm REALLY impressed with this phone, quality and price (grabbed it while on sale as an added bonus)! This is my second purchase (specifically from Toronto Cellular), my former Galaxy S9 from nearly 3 years ago, is still going strong, but with wanting to gift it to a friend and an upgrade for myself, I've only seen great things about the S10 Plus when researching it, and am not at all disappointed.I had a small issue, and immediately was sent a paid return label to sort it out, with a replacement sent the following day. (Turns out it was my fault with a SIM card issue.) The warranty is definitely honoured along with really fantastic customer service.The battery is impressive, it lasts forever on this phone, following a full charge and then letting it sit untouched for a full 7 days (just to gauge it), it still had 48% battery life left. With daily usage, I may need to charge it roughly every 36 hours if I let it get really low. The condition is mint, after thoroughly buffing it clean, I intentionally use flash (with attached photos) when looking for any nicks or scratches and found absolutely nothing.The colours and image in general are crisp, clean and vibrant. When comparing it to my S9, it is larger, yet thinner by a noticeable margin which really appeals to me. It really is a fantastic phone, that's fast and flawless.
